We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.


Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange Process:

  1. To initiate an exchange, contact us at sales8@lokinlock.com or call us at 778-863-6548 with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.
  2. Once your exchange is approved, you will need to return the item to the following address:
    • 11760 Voyageur Way, Unit 120, Richmond BC V6X 3G9, Canada

Shipping for Exchanges:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
